We are pleased to announce a Special Guest Speaker, Dr. P. J. Ruess of the Virginia Climate Center at George Mason University. Dr. Ruess is one of the coordinating authors of the first comprehensive Virginia Climate Assessment, published in November 2025. This assessment is a landmark report that provides a baseline of science-based insights into Virginia's changing climate and its impact on communities, infrastructure, and the economy.
